Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Breathe Be Gone mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Breathe Be Gone ("we," "our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Breathe Be Gone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Breathe Be Gone provides on-device audio processing tools to reduce distracting breathing sounds in video and audio files. Preview functionality is available without purchase. Exporting processed files requires a subscription or export credits.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Export credits are consumed only when an export completes successfully.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You retain ownership of your media files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and export any content you import.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to improve audio quality, results may vary depending on source material. We do not guarantee that all breathing sounds will be removed in every recording.
